Ceramic Coating: Ceramic and Self-Liquidizing Alloy Wear Test Data
The materials are ceramic, self-fluxing alloy, hard chrome plating, etc.! 100% sliding wear test according to the Okoshi method.
We would like to introduce the wear test data for ceramics and self-fluxing alloy conducted by our company. In the 100% sliding wear test according to the Okoshi method, the conditions were a sliding distance of Lo=200m, a sliding speed of V=0.94m/s, and a final load of Po=8.50kg. The counterpart material was SKD11 (HRc60). The samples included ceramics, self-fluxing alloys, and hard chrome plating. The wear amounts can be viewed by downloading the PDF document. [Samples] ■ R-A (Localid/White Alumina) ■ R-C (Localid/Chromium Oxide) ■ R-ZS (Localid/Zirconia) ■ Chromium Oxide (Plasma) ■ White Alumina (Plasma) ■ Alumina-Titania (60:40) Plasma ■ Hard Chrome Plating ■ Meteco 16C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
